How often have you wished that you could be honest with the people you love? Communicating with people in a way that actually creates change in a proactive and positive way takes a lot of work, and begins with the ability to be honest and kind to yourself.
I’m so excited to share this experience with you because I know how much these strategies have personally helped ME communicate with my loved ones and strengthen the relationships that are important to me. Better yet, I’ve found that when I practice these tactics with people I love, it influences THEM to practice these tactics with people in their lives - which creates a growing web of open and honest communication.

This experience was designed as a challenge, which means that when you sign up, you’ll be added to a group of like-minded individuals who are also working toward becoming more effective communicators and better partners to the people they care about. Every day, I’ll be prompting you with information, tips, and a small “challenge” for you to test out, respond to, and discuss amongst one another in the comment thread.
During this experience, it’s my goal to help equip you with effective strategies to work through rough patches as well as avoid having so many of them in the first place. By implementing the strategies we’ll discuss you’ll undoubtedly be better able to connect with your loved ones and express your true feelings in ways that WILL strengthen your relationship.
Additionally, you’ll be working to improve your own self-care and self-love habits so that you’re in a better position to work through the ups and downs of relationships in a healthy way.
